Sherry Fry, NTP and Steve Fry are the owners of Common Sense Nutritional Therapy and the Live Bread Shoppe in beautiful Sequim, Washington.

Early in her life, many health challenges including hypoglycemia, gallstones, adrenal exhaustion, and mercury poisoning caused Sherry to take an interest in health and want to know more. A passion developed over these many years that resulted in her formal education.

Now certified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Sherry works to help everyone find their best bio-chemical balance. Using healthy food menus, whole food supplements, and recommendations unique to each client, she helps each person rebuild their health and begin to live life again, instead of being used up by just thrashing through each day.

Sherry teaches her clients with her classes and Clinical Services how to feed the body in ways that help to keep the resources available for vibrant good health, rather than having "empty pantries" and feeling sluggish and depressed. As a gifted teacher, she passionately enjoys sharing her discoveries in this field.

It is the Fry's conviction that that the myriad of health problems that plague modern society result from weaknesses in the body's physiological foundations as a result of poor nutrition.
